I recently found this idea from brunchatsaks lovely blog and I just had to share! My door has been bare for most of the summer and as soon as I saw this I knew I could make it quickly and for pretty cheap. I visited our nearest Lowes for the twine and Michaels craft store for the wreath and flowers.
Straw wreath $4-$5 see Stella watching me?! |
Each $2.25-ish I used 1 1/2 rolls |
Flowers $4-$6 each Visit Annemarie's blog here: brunchatsaks for super cute pom-pom DIY flowers! |
Total cost: $16-$20
It took me a lot longer to wrap the wreath with the twine than I imagined! But, I got it done in one evening...And I plan on making another one for the fall with fall flowers. And maybe even one for Christmas with Poinsettia flowers!
Happy wreath making!

ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous, Lauren! I love the flowers you chose. Think I might have to take a trip to Michaels to find some similar ones! xx
ReplyDeletecute!! you should peel those flowers off and like use velcrow (sp??) to put fall flowers on so you can change them out with the season!
